Privacy notice
This notice covers the website: enquiries you send us and the cookieless analytics we run. Processing we perform on a customer's behalf is governed by the data processing agreement instead.

Who we are

What we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect the details you enter: company, segment, fleet or warehouse size, your name, your work email and, if you give it, your phone number.
We do not use cookies for analytics, advertising or profiling. Our analytics is cookieless and records three events only: a demo request, an audit request and a sandbox access request. It does not identify you.
Why we process it, and on what basis
We use enquiry details to answer your enquiry and to prepare for a demo or an operational audit. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to a business approach, and where a contract follows, steps taken at your request before entering into it.
We do not sell your details, and we do not add you to a marketing list without asking.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a commercial conversation are deleted after 24 months. Where a conversation continues, the details are retained for the life of the relationship and then under the retention terms of the contract.
Who else sees it
Our hosting and email providers process this data on our instructions, within the European Union. We publish a full sub-processor list on request. We do not transfer enquiry data outside the EU.
Your rights
You may request access to your data, its correction or deletion, a copy in portable form, or object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to us and we will respond within one month.
You may also complain to the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
Changes
If we change this notice we will update the date above. Material changes are announced on this page.
